A spa-grade master bath — walk-in glass shower, double vanity, soaking tub — anchoring a full 1,400 sq ft second-floor remodel in Puyallup. Two bathrooms, solid-wood doors and trim, new floors. One fixed price.

The whole second floor felt dark, dated and a little cheap — hollow doors, thin trim, wall-to-wall carpet, and a single ceiling light per room. The owners wanted it to feel like a genuinely quality home, with a master bathroom worth staying in. Evercrest rebuilt the master bath as a spa-grade suite, remodeled the second bathroom to match, and brought the entire 1,400 sq ft floor up with solid-wood doors and trim, new flooring, new windows and far more light — all on a single fixed-price contract.
To fit everything, Evercrest moved walls and reworked the closet, then rebuilt the plumbing to suit the new layout. The result: a walk-in frameless glass shower in large-format tile with a rain head, handheld and recessed niche; a double vanity with a center storage tower, white quartz tops and twin framed mirrors; a soaking tub under the window; and a smart toilet. The secondary bathroom was rebuilt to carry the same elevated feel — a dark-wood vanity with a white quartz top and a full-height linen tower, a tub-and-shower in large-format tile with a recessed niche, and a framed mirror under warm sconce lighting.

The single change that makes a house read as well-built: every hollow door replaced with a solid-core stained-wood door, and every baseboard and window and door casing rebuilt in solid wood. It carries from the leaded-glass front door through the staircase — wood handrail and newel posts with black metal balusters — to the doors upstairs.

Every room lost its wall-to-wall dinginess: new flooring throughout, and each room went from a single ceiling fixture to four recessed lights, with new windows in solid-wood casings. Bright, warm and finished — the whole floor repainted, re-wired where needed, and inspected.

Chosen to feel like a quality home you can touch — solid wood where it shows and where it doesn’t, stone tops, and large-format tile in both baths.
Every remodel in Puyallup starts with the same doubts. Here is how this Pierce County project put each one to rest.
Yes. Here we moved walls and reworked the closet, then reconfigured the plumbing to fit a double vanity, a walk-in glass shower and a soaking tub.
It held. One fixed-price contract — $82,300 for the master bath, the second bath and the whole-floor work together, with scope and finishes agreed before demolition.
Solid-wood doors and trim, new floors and 4× the lighting change how a floor feels more than any single big-ticket item. That was the brief — and the result.
